Merry Christmas to all our loyal patients. We hope that you all have a great holiday season. We say goodbye to 2025. Thank you for all tolerating the changes that have been occurring. Sasha has had her baby Bonnie Rose. They are both doing well. We have had Dr Gawin Liang looking after her patients during maternity leave. Gawin is now off on an overseas adventure and we wish him well. We are sadly saying goodbye (for now) to Dr Albertene Hefford. She is off to study Orthodontics at Otago University but hopefully will come back to the region with even more skills.

We had a great Christmas Party to celebrate the 2025 year with our wonderful staff. Ruth Frank put on a brilliant activity of decorating ceramics. Our staff all created a beautiful piece of art on their chosen ceramics. Dot made a delicious meal which we shared over great chat and laughter. Thank you staff for putting your best foot forward each day. 

Our last day is the 19th December. If you run into dental issues over the holiday season, you can leave a message on our answer phone phone 06 758 4747. We will be checking the messages and can get in contact. Stats and weekends are covered by the Branch. Call the TDHB 06 753 6139. There will be some dental practices open on other days not covered by the Branch. We open up on the 12th January 2026. 

In 2026 we have exciting changes. We welcome Dr Alyssa Shelton. She is our new dentist replacing Albertene. Dr Lyndie Foster-Page is doing some work in January, who some of you have met before. Dr Sasha Antunovic and Dr Dave Antunovic will be doing some work too in 2026. We can't wait to see you all in 2026. 

Don't forget to brush twice daily with a toothpaste containing 1000ppm Fluoride and floss the teeth you want to keep over the silly season!
