Alyssa graduated from Otago University in 2024, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, with Honors. She was awarded the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons academic prize in her final year.

Alyssa enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry, and loves the way she can combine her passions for art and science in order to help her patients.

She started out her career working at the Dunedin Public Hospital as a Dental and Maxillofacial house surgeon. She is now working part-time here with us at Vivian Dental and part-time at the Taranaki Base Hospital.

She was born and raised in Dunedin, but moved to New Plymouth this year with her partner. So far, they have been enjoying the sunshine by surfing and hiking around the region. When she's not outdoors, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her friends and Whanau!
